Deploynk S.R.L. ("Deploynk", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data collected through the Yumigo app. By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Authentication Data

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Password (stored encrypted)
  • Account ID (Apple ID or Google Account)

2.2 Meal Plan Data

  • Notes and summaries
  • Nutritional goals
  • PDF documents uploaded for automatic plan import

Note: the shopping list is stored only on your device and is not transferred to our servers.

2.3 Technical and Diagnostic Data

  • Error logs and crash reports sent to Sentry
  • Anonymous usage statistics of the App

2.4 Push and Email Notification Data

  • Name and email stored with OneSignal for push and email notifications

  • Provide and manage the App

  • Improvements, testing and analytics
    Data: error logs and anonymous statistics

  • Sending push and email notifications

  • AI processing (OpenAI, Anthropic)

  • File storage on AWS S3
    Data: files uploaded by the user

4. Retention and Security

Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas and AWS S3 buckets. Sentry handles crash reports according to its own policy. We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption, backups, access controls) to protect data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Data is retained until deletion is requested by the user.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We will share your data only when strictly necessary, with:

  • Sentry (diagnostics and error logs)
  • MongoDB Atlas (database hosting)
  • AWS S3 (file storage)
  • OpenAI and Anthropic (AI services)
  • OneSignal (push and email notifications)

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

For any request, write to privacy@yumigo.app indicating your email address or Apple ID and the subject of your request. We will respond within 30 days.
